Hi.. please suggest my son 30days old has been crying a lot..changed to similac powder from dexolac powder..non stop crying holding breath..what would be the reason. And please let me know any paediatric available today near vanasthalipuram area.

Crying in 30 days old may be due to colicky pain... You can give colicaid drops to relieve gas discomfort.... You can also use digestive drops...

Hi..excessive cry during infancy most commonly is due to colic pain ( adbomen discomfort) ..u can give a trial of colic aid drops to relieve discomfort Use of top feeds such as dexolac or similac can cause abdomen discomfort more often So kindly plan for exclusive breastfeeding ..if u have breastfeeding issues kindly address those issues with consulting a local paediatrician
