Hello Doctor, My 24 days old baby girl crys a lot at night. We thought its gas and started giving crosin drops are provided from hospital and recommended by paediatric doctor. We know that babies have gas problem as a common symptom. My question is, is it safe to give her Crosin drops ( 4 drops) on daily basis? Do you recommend any other medicine if required to ensure baby has no other health issues. My daughter sleeps well, feeds well, We wake up 2.5 hrs interval to feed her. Her motions are good, no fever or any other symptoms. Do advice on exvessive crying.

Hello. Please stop all medication. Gas is normal. Milk on demand is a blessing, please take it in your stride. Add Drops Vit D and Drops calcium. Specify birth weight and current weight.

Don’t give any medicine Night awakening is normal in baby some time they get bored so simply need your attention U sleep whenever baby is sleeping so getting up in night will not be much problem Normal night sleeping pattern will establish in next 8 -16 wks Till then enjoy exclusive motherhood

Dont give crocin drops daily. If baby cries,  cuddle or breast feed the baby.after feeding she will sleep for 1.5 to 2hrs. Check if there is any nose block. Even after feed if baby cries give colicaid drops ,6 drops three times a day, for colicky pain
