Excessive Burping, Loose Motions

Hi Doctor, Plz reply to this message. From last 2 week's I have excessive gastric issue. I'm suffering from loud and long burps, some farts and Loose Motions every 3-4 days. Also my stomach is making strange watery sounds. Pls help I'm very stressed because of this problem. I'm finding difficult to hold my burps when I'm out and around people. Because it's very embarrassing & ackward to do so in public. Plz help what can I do.

Excessive flatulence( too much burping, passing wind, etc) could be a sign of indigestion. And when there is no obvious cause like stomach infection, it could be due to gallstones. I suggest you get an ultrasound abdomen pelvis and meet a surgeon/gastroenterologist.
