wash with water.. use sterile pad n apply it tightly with undercloth. take tablet tranexa 500mg and meftal spas 500mg n visit gynaecologist. bleeding is usually because of hymen rupture n it settles in few minutes on pressing it tightly. if  persistant then immediately visit gynaecologist as sometimes in case of excessive trauma surgical intervention can be needed.
