Hello doctor, When I was sexually excited, my penis dribbing excessive precum. At the same time I experience pain in my very lower stomach. But it was only temporary. The pain in the lower stomach only occur when I start to leak precum, Also I feel back pain too. Is this any symptom for prostatis?

May be possible.get clinical physical examination done by a urologist along with investigation
