Ex smoker

I was smoking for 3-4 years(3-5 cigarettes per day) and cannabis(twice the r thrice a month). It's been 7-8 months I have quitted tobacco smoking but I still smoke cannabis(twice or thrice a month). I do exercises everyday and maintain a healthy diet and till now I am not facing any health related issues. How can I recover my heart and lungs and are there any recommended medical test I should go through to detect problems in early stage?

You absolutely need to say good bye to cannabis. Keep up your physical fitness and maintain a healthy schedule. Cannabis has effect on personality and may have long term higher brain function.
