So as per the information given it is likely to be negative as the
HIV test before June 23rd is negative which is the point where the virus would go into the window period and wouldn't be detectable. So the test you did on July 24th which was during the window period can't be taken as confirmatory. You can repeat the test after August 24th with a 4th gen ELISA test which will give you a confirmative answer. If you don't show any symptoms of HIV and since the tests before are suggestive of it being negative it is most likely to be negative. You can repeat the test anyday after august 24th for absolute confirmation.
