Feeling very etching between two leg and feeling very bad.. Dr suggest me it's old fungal problem.. They suggested medicine but it's not working.. Pls suggest me right medicine cream

If you want you can send me your pictures for better diagnosis and treatment. Hope you are not using the right cream and oral medicines so you are not getting relief from it. Send me your pics if its fungal infection its treatable.
