My grandfather is having red patches & acne like things on his face, & it's not going. His face is getting swollen. We tried both allopathic & now going with homeopatheic doctor but result isn't much positive. Please let me know any diet changes is required for the cure. Please let me know any home remedies or precautions. Also, which brand creams & soap he should use and what precaution he should take to get well soon. How long generally it takes to cure this skin infection ? Is there any thing more serious this infection could turn into ? Thanks
