After taking tadalfin my back pain occure.today 4 days happen but back pain not reduce.plz suggest any medicine for back pain

Take half tablet now. It's a very common side effect which will go by its own in few days. Can take plain paracetamol 500mg bd or best would be to do back exercises which u can see on youtube

It is common side effect of tadalfil. Not serious one.
