Yeah it's possible but you should change your lifestyle. You should avoid smoking and drinking habits. Avoid spicy and fried junk foods. Take sufficient sleep. Do Yoga and meditation along with some ayurvedic medications like ashwagandha powder and Shatavari powder with warm milk. It can be revert back. Use them and provide your valuable feedback.
