Unconsiously during sleep,i placed my hand in my underwear ,During morning erection time and Accidently i got hit my two fingures with a force on my penis.I felt very little pain in lower abdomen.my erection immediately went away.Afterwards i m facing trouble in maintaining erections even after a day of incident.What kind of injury taken place??
