  4. Erection problem. As well. pls help.

Erection problem

I m having erecttion problem while attempting to have sex. Doctor had advised to take Tadalafil tablet however few other doctors told to avoid as that might lead to cardiac issues. My other tests like semen analysis are good however want your help if I can go ahead having tablets and I need the dosage as well. Pls help.
