I dont get hard erection till the time of climax when i masturbate, earlier this was not the problem, earlier i would get erection by just shaking my penis, but that does not happen anymore. However i do get hard erection when i makeout  or foreplay with my girlfriend

Hey, abstain for a week , something  due to repeated masturbation you may not get proper erection .
