I am 32 year male married 2 year before, sexually active since then but i had regular erection problems sometimes i had good erection and sometimes erection goes away while having sex Also the foreskin of my penis does not retract while its in a erect state and there is a delayed ejaculation I was a regular smoker before 3 years I use to masturbate while watching  porn regularly Please help and suggest medications and test to undertaken
