Hi, Need your help, I am 39 yr old guy and planning to get married by next year Jan. Currently,I am suffering from erection problem and my pennis not getting tight.Is this a age factor and if yes how many years a man can have a good sex and capable of becoming a father. I am getting sex desires but my pennis not getting hard enug to feel for the sex,only when intake viagra then get some erection. Truly saying donot want to take viagra and looking something permanent solution Please help
