I am married for 12 years,I had a problem of premature ejaculation in the first year of marriage. I had consult the Dr and he had given me stimisac it had worked for few months after I faced same problem then I had taken titanium which worked very well. But now from last two weeks Iam not sensing anything in my penis and I have an urge for sex and titanium3x is also not working
