From the past 8 years I am mastrubating a minimum twice a day and recently I got  physical with my fiancee but my penis was not hard enough for intercourse and also the sexual arosement was minimal I watch straight porn every day and jerk about twice a day , I cant sleep without mastrubating, I also tried not to mastrubate but the best I could last was 3 days.please help

u can decrease ur frequency of mastubation due to nervousness ur penis not getting erectiom
