Hi, My erection is normal during mental stimulation but when I start manual stimulation it becomes too tough and too high. The erection angle becomes too small and the penis about to stuck on abdomen. Down stretching is painful. When I see anatomy of female sexual organ I think having sex will be painful. am afraid that this will affect me wen I get married. Please tell me what to do.
