Not able to achieve erection when with partner. i have no disease as of now and not on any sort of medication.

If bodily causes are not there the present problem of Erectile Dysfunction  (ED) is called Psychogenic ED. It has to be managed by psychological methods. Report to Psychislatrist/and or Sexologist.
