Some times my penis become strong but sometimes not can I use Himalaya goksura now I am using aswagandha tablets from 13 days can I continue

any efffect? what is exact chemical in awashgandha? do u think that ayurvedic durgs not having sideeffects. plz check it n search un which devloped country Ayurvedic is main treatmnet. why our politicians going US for alloptahy,why not taking ayurvedic inside india?
