Sir i am a 22 year , i am mastubating regularly for the last 7 years ,but now i am suffering from erectile disfunction, premature ejaculation and many veins are visible on my penis , many times my penis does not get fully erect , sir now these problems are haunting me for  my future  and i want to focus on my career, sir i just want to know if i completely stop mastubation and watching porn ,can  i get my erection back and does these problems affect my marriage in future ?
