It's about 4 years that my erctile has gone down to Zero level and my desire of having sex remains the same. I have tried lots of Ayurvedic herbal medicines with no effect. Now only resort is to take sidanifil citrate 50Mg to have sex. I am mentally under pressure. Plz help me.
