My child has problem in shoulder movement due to difficult delivery. He is able to move his fingers but not right shoulder

Greetings,  sorry about your child's status.  Era's palsy treatment is a long term program.   Get to work with a physio near you.  Recovery may not be 100% but 90% can be achieved.
Next Steps
if already working with a physio, then continue as is.  usually electrical stimulation and Co ordination exercise are given.
