Hello doctors It's been 1.5 months since I delivered my baby I got episiotomy during delivery .I can see my stitches dissolved already but I feel soreness at cut area all the time . I don't feel pus is these it's all cleaned but when I sit I feel sensation in whole vaginal area I m using betadine ointment after sitz bath . Can I use betadine powder for speeding the healing process ?? I don't feel any infection but still any suggestion if it get infected . Pls suggest doctors what to do ?? How much time time usually it takes to heal completely .
