Hallo sir when I seat or lie like the 1st pic position means when my testis is in presure between two legs after 5 min my testis's epididymis and vasa difarensia and uper vain start paining then after i leave this position still the pain remain and when after i seat this position i fell something swelling and after 5 min start pain but any day to day work I dont feel any pain whole day if i dont seat like this i dont feel any swelling by touching hand but after the pain start then if i touch epididymis it painful I dont understand what i do . it is a deasese or just i start playing cricket after 2 year or or for too much musterbateing check the testis pic
