Epididymal calcification

I have pain in my left testicle and had on/off epididymitis. Did ultrasound and they found calcification bout 3mm in size. My gp said it is nothing to worry as that is benigh and wont progress to testiscular cancer. The only problem i hve right now is that i have pain whenever i lift heavy object. What is the best treatment other than surget
