Energetic and less sleep

Sir I am doing surya namaskar(15 min) and pranayama (15 min) for the past 2 weeks. In this 2 weeks I feel my body too energetic to rest. I am able to work continuosly for 16-18 hours. earlier I used to feel sleep when i study for long hours. further i used to sleep for 30 min around in afternoon. But in these last 2 weeks no tiredness at all.

Pranayam increases the oxygen level in your blood  that is why you are feeling energetic. Don't  stop  continue go do it.
