I have been trying to concieve for 2 years but no result.i have cyst of size 6.5cm in one ovary and 3.5 cm in another ovary.both are chocolates cyst.i have small multi fibroids in ovary.i have tried clomipure for last 3 months but no result.i have regular periods and no pain.amh level 2.23....prolactin normal.what should I do?
