Cystic lesion 3.3*1.2 extended inguinal region left scrotal sac. Encysted hydrocele. He is a 11 month old baby boy. What would be the best treatment. The doctor in Pollachi suggested surgery. Is there a better option? If no, can it be done on a later period?
