Embryo transfer in ivf, it's 13 days

She had make transferred 3 embryos on 10th Aug, there was some symptoms up to 12th day I.e vomiting, fatigue, breast pain n heavy, lil pain abdominal but today 13th day today no any symptoms n tomorrow have to do beta hcg test And no constipation Please suggest is it OK everything? I M very tensed
