I have undergoned medical check up and found out sgpt elevated at 159 respectively, serology and ultrasound free non alcoholic, im on levothyroxine 75mcg od hypothyroid for 6years. for the past few months ive been eating oily and fatty foods and been taking vitamin b complex tid vitamin c 1gm od, fish oil daily, vitamin e400iu daily.what to do?help

Elevated SGPT indicates liver cell injury though complete liver function test report is more informative.  Since your serology is normal, the most likely issue is NASH since you are taking thyroid tablet which indirectly indicates weight related problem.  It's better to consult a gastroenterooogist in your place.
