Elevated ggt

Im not drinking alcohol ever but i have high level of ggt resulting to 63, what do i do to lower my ggt level

Alcohol is not the only thing which damage liver. Oily, fatty, spicy foods like foods made from maida (like- maggi, burger, certain biscuits,etc) are also to be reduced much. taking half cooked non-veg also damages liver.
Next Steps
Avoid deep fried, oily, fatty and spicy foods to recover your liver.
