I am diagnosed with high levels of estradiol i.e., 80pg/ml. Dr has prescribed Tamoxifen 10 mg twice a day after meals. Also i have recently been diagnosed with prediabetes. What should i do to reduce my estradiol quickly.? Why it is elevated?
