Sir 10 years back I had a left arm (humerus) fracture. Then I got plastered and after a month when the plaster was removed I was able to fully strech my arm but was unable to fully bend the arm. I did some exercises that were recommended by doctors but the result was not up to the mark. Please help. Is operation reqd ?
