Earlier I was facing problem of night fall, and ejection. Now it is like that while having sex I am not getting discharge means my sperm is not getting out.

Thanks for expecting Assertive Health n progressive fittness with Holistic Ayurveda Approach, Though it's unfortunate but need to know more about as couple of cases faces Retrograde ejaculation so u may be one of them. So plz consult surgeon or urologist

Night fall is normal Physiological response of body during sleep /dreams. As for as failure to ejaculation is concerned, have passion, it takes xome time to learn normal sexual performance with regular partner/your  wife. Casual failure with casual partner is, not uncommon.
