Firstly , when I was studying I thought I'd like to pee but when I gone to do so Instead of realising urine It ejected semen . I'm really worried for this . Could it be cancer?!?! Whatever it is , it was very uncommon because without getting turned on how can someone have an ejection ?

Hi there...I can understand your concern. But how is that related to cancer. You might have had an erection earlier and not realised. It can happen when you are asleep also. At that time the ejaculation might not have been completed. And it would have got completed ejaculate when to went to pass urine. If you have any further queries kindly consult a general surgeon.
