When I ejaculate I rarely feel an orgasm. I feel a release of pressure but no orgasmic feeling, if I do no see me ejaculate I am not sure if I ejaculate or not. This started about a year or so ago

Orgasmic feeling is difficult to define or describe. Each person feel differently in orgasm. But most of the times ( nearly 100%) man ejaculates only when he reaches to orgasm. In other words in men ejaculation means he has reached to orgasm. However, you better see a psychiatrist/Sexologist for detailed work up.
