Recently when i was taking (montelukast+levocetrizine) from sun pharma brand, then i did not get any relief.  But when I substituted this combination with cipla montair lc , then I immediately got relief. I fail to realize the cause here as sun pharma is also a very reputed pharmaceutical organization  And rather one of the leading  manufacturer of effective medicines in psychiatry, Then how come the drug from such a reputed company could fail. This causes lots of thoughts in my mind as on one hand I tried to avoid generics Offered in the hospitals. What's the point of going after branded medication if efficacy is lacking
