Effective Treatment for Angular Cheiliti

Hello, I have been suffering from the problem of acute Angular Cheilitis for more than past 3 years. Have tried Allopathy and Homeopathy both but the problem doesn't go away. It's really painful to even open my mouth. Please provide me with an effective treatment/remedy that can help me get this treated. I was recently diagnosed with Erosive Gastritis and Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth too. The antibiotic treatment for the same has been completed. I want the problem of Angular Cheilitis to get treated and go away. Please help. Thanks, Kriti Sinha.
