My father's age is 80. His echo report is- four chamber is normal, valve are ok, ef is 46.medicine going on- aztor,ivabid,nitrocontin,deplatt. How ef rate can be improved? Is medicine are ok?what is the appropriate treatment?

Ef of 46 at this age is acceptable, need for reduced ejection fraction needs to be found out. I hope his quality of life is not affected. If that’s the case you need not worry.
