Eczema or local psoriasis

Attached is a latest image, seen two doctors already. 1 diagnosed it as localised psoriasis & gave venusia max moisturizer while the other, after a month when I felt first treatment didn't work, diagnosed it as atopic eczema & gave another moisturizer and a body wash. I've been using both since ~6 mo, please advise.
