This is a Lichenified eczema. It means the skin has become thickened and leathery. This often results from continuously rubbing or scratching the skin. Chronic irritation due to conditions such as eczema can cause lichenified skin. It's a chronic condition. Medicines and injectables r available to get it reduced and removed but the recurrence is always goin to b there. So maintain with the medication ur Dermat has suggested and keep the eczema maintained.
