What is meant by echopoor lesion?It shows small mural echogenic area. No cystic foci or calcification noted.No significant vascularity is noted. I have attached a report. Can you please explain.

I would suggest you please do cect thorax abdomen.. Better not to rely on usg especially as you are already operated for adrenal tumour earlier
