Dimension 29mmx18mm.found by USG.does it mean malignant? Is the size of tumor large as compared to normal? How long can be the the time it developed before'? SOL at the base of urinary bladder? what does it mean?

If it's in the urinary bladder, show a urologist and get a cystoscopy done. It will reveal what exactly the lesion is
