I had an echo in May which was all gud But today got it done in emergency ( from different hospital) n it says grade 1 diastolic dysfunction Ejection fraction increased from 60 to 70% .. I am confused as to how in just 2 months this can occur? I have anxiety induced BP but it has remained under control in these 2 months What shud I do? Get echo for third time?

Who told you you have anxiety related Blood Pressure. Your diastolic disgunction can be because of blood pressure itself. Consult a cardiologist and take the advice if you need blood pressure medication. Repeating echo is not needed.
