Hi, In my recent ECG report observation is- Q in Lead 1. What does this mean and is it anything which requires further action? In July 2022, my ECG and TMT reports were normal. I am a diabetic and have blood pressure. But no heart related history. Please suggest. ECG report attached for your reference.
