ECG report check

Hello, I recently had a full body checkup. My BP was around 90/60, LDL was 121 mg/dL, HDL was 54 mg/dL, and I occasionally experience palpitations. The doctor who reviewed the tests mentioned that my ECG looked a little different. Could you please advise if these findings are concerning and whether I need any further tests or evaluation? Thank you.
