If you have taken EC what are the effects on general blood test results, or does that affect it anyway? Will blood tests detect that you have been on EC? Is it necessary to inform a doctor if you are on EC? According to the manual for EC, it may affect blood test results - How so?

Hi EC has effects on the values of hormones and can be detected in hormonal tests(blood). EC are not good for frequent use. You should always explain everything to a doctor.
