I have these days increasingly been plagued by music and tunes running into my head that doesn't go away. Earlier the problem was small but has became a big one now, given that it is affecting my study. Also I've little OCD of germs, contamination. Any solutions to stop this music thing ?

OCD does not necessarily cause music in ears. A proper evaluation will be required to understand the cause of such symptoms and treat accordingly. Also information will be needed if you have taken any form of treatment or not in past and how has been the response.
A proper diagnosis and correct treatment should show positive results. There are medicines as well as new treatments available for these complaints but a thorough understanding is required before suggesting anything.
